Want To Write A Blog Post? Here Are Our Guidelines

If you’d like to write a guest post that will be published on Klutch blog, please follow these rules:

  1. The article should be 1,500 words long (or more).
  2. Consider that our audiences are SaaS companies, startups, sales teams, customer support teams, HR teams, marketers, and digital agencies, so guest posts should be relevant to our mutual audience.
  3. When submitting a topic proposal, please indicate your target keyword and monthly search volume.
  4. The article should be informative, concise, well-researched, and brings value to our readers. It should be objective and not try to sell anything.
  5. It should include a minimum of five (5) relevant screenshots or images that can bring value to our readers. No stock images.
  6. It can include one backlink from the body of the article to your site and another backlink from the author’s bio. Do not link to websites with DAs below 35.
  7. Strictly NO promotional links. Link to blog posts/resources only. No links to product pages or home pages.
  8. If there are statistics and findings, link and give credit to the source, including charts and graphs if necessary.
  9. Please include at least five (5) internal links to other Klutch blog posts and our other sites: Poptin, PremioProspero, and Chaty.
  10. Add a meta description within 160 characters max.
  11. Send your Gravatar email account if you have one, along with 1-2 sentences about you.
  12. Klutch has the right and authority to add, edit, and remove any element from the article if we find it applicable concerning our guidelines, standards, and agreements.
  13. Klutch holds the final decision on the publication date of your guest post.
